It is important to note that MATRICULA CONSULAR cards are offered to Illegal Aliens without any form of I.D. or social security number. The Department of Homeland Security warned the banking industry to refrain from issuing or using these cards immediately after 9/11!! |

Terry Anderson reported that though the San Fernando Best Buy is accepting matricula cards, he has seen no evidence that stores in L.A. are doing so yet.
Once here, Illegal Aliens will obtain a matricula consular card and be granted access to money, money transfers, and banking. This card, offered by anti American banks, like Bank of America, Wells Fargo and others, grants a form of foothold to Illegals, giving them the ability to become employed, cash checks, and even wire money back to Mexico. Billions has been wired out of this country with the use of these cards. Any business doing business with Matricula Consular Cards with Illegal Aliens are Anti American and don't deserve your business. WAKE UP AMERICA!!
